Gorgeous original condition Selmer Paris Series III soprano sax, serial number 575542. This is a one owner horn, purchased new but obviously never played all that much. It remains in pristine condition with no major wear of note.

The original gold lacquer on this soprano is 99.9%. It has some light scratching if you look very closely, but no real lacquer wear at all. No dents, dings, resolders, or previous repairs. Really is just about perfect from top to bottom. This model features both straight and curved detachable necks, and keywork to high G. The horn comes in its original Selmer “Light” series case.

This soprano arrived to us on all original factory pads which, while still looking new, are 20+ years old. As such, it is in our repair shop in line for a fresh overhaul. We'll replace all pads and material, using original style metal resonators, and ship it out in perfect playing condition.

This soprano is a joy to play, and a fantastic instrument for serious pro players looking for a sweet and warm sound. Very responsive/free blowing, with a strong focus. Intonation is superb from top to bottom. One of the best modern sopranos you can get. This is as close-to-new as you'll find, and priced to move.
